Data Scientist, IBM
I am a data scientist at IBM, and interested in data-driven problems in general. I received my PhD in astrophysics in 2015 from Ohio State University, and a B.S. from Nanjing University. Before arriving at IBM, I was a research associate at University of Virginia for three years, and a research scientist at University of Michigan for one year. I have 10 years of research and work experience in statistical/machine learning modeling, data-driven decision making, programing, high-performance computational simulations on supercomputers, parallel/distributed computing, data visualization, and image processing.
